Camera-Ready Submission

Final Paper Preparation Guidelines

Authors of accepted papers must carefully prepare and submit the final camera-ready version according to the required IEEE conference format and conference instructions.

Format Paper

Prepare the final manuscript using IEEE conference paper format.

Revise Content

Address reviewer comments and check grammar, figures, tables and references.

PDF Check

Validate the final PDF as per IEEE-compatible submission requirements.

Submit CRC

Upload the final camera-ready paper before the announced deadline.

CRC Preparation Checklist

  • Prepare the paper strictly according to IEEE conference paper format.
  • Ensure that the paper title, author names, affiliations and email addresses are correct.
  • Incorporate all reviewer comments and required corrections.
  • Check spelling, grammar, formatting consistency and technical clarity.
  • Ensure all figures and tables are clear, readable and properly referenced in the text.
  • Use high-resolution images and avoid blurred diagrams or screenshots.
  • Verify that all citations are listed in the reference section.
  • Check that references follow IEEE citation style.
  • Do not exceed the maximum page limit specified by the conference.
  • Submit the final PDF before the camera-ready submission deadline.

Important Instructions

Originality: The final paper must be original, unpublished and free from plagiarism.
Author Details: No spelling mistakes should be present in author names, affiliations or paper title.
IEEE Format: Authors must follow the IEEE conference template while preparing the final manuscript.
Final Submission: Once submitted, changes may not be allowed after the CRC deadline.
