Paper Submission

Guidelines for Authors

Authors are requested to carefully follow the submission instructions before uploading their manuscript.

Use IEEE conference format and prepare an original unpublished manuscript.

Check Authors

Verify title, author names, affiliations, emails, figures and references.

Check Quality

Ensure originality, formatting, plagiarism compliance and technical clarity.

Submit Online

Submit the final manuscript through the official conference submission portal.

General Submission Instructions

  • Papers must present original and unpublished research work.
  • Manuscripts should not be submitted simultaneously to another conference or journal.
  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
  • Authors should follow the IEEE conference paper format.
  • The manuscript should clearly present the objectives, methodology, results and conclusions.
  • Figures, tables and diagrams should be clear, readable and properly numbered.
  • All references must follow IEEE citation style.
  • The similarity index should be within the acceptable conference limit.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings subject to IEEE quality standards and scope compliance.

Manuscript Preparation

Paper Format

Use IEEE two-column conference template.

Language

All papers must be written in clear English.

Originality

The paper must be original and free from plagiarism.

Review Process

Each paper will be reviewed by technical experts.

Common Reasons for Rejection

Poor formatting or not following IEEE conference template.
High plagiarism or duplicate submission.
Insufficient technical contribution or unclear methodology.
Low-quality figures, tables or incomplete references.
Paper outside the conference scope.
